Our Return and Exchange Policy:
(Sorry, but we don't want people to wear the jewelry and then return or exchange it so we do not allow Returns or Exchanges.) 


Repairs due to Manufacturer Defect:
If for any reason your product breaks due to Manufacturer defect within 6 months of of your purchase, please contact us and we will make best efforts to repair the product. If it can not be repaired, we will either replace it with the same or similar item and /or allow you to pick out another necklace of equal or lesser value. You must show proof of purchase/ receipt. Upon our review of the item, we have the right to make the determination if the damage is from a defect or caused by some other reason.  Please contact us at and we will gladly assist you. We will let you know where to ship it to at such time. Please return the product utilizing a trackable service such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.  We will pay the return shipping cost. 

Repairs needed which are not caused by Manufacturer Defect (You caused item to break):
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact our repairs department at for a quote.  
You will need to show proof of purchase.  Some repairs are free!   (it depends on what needs to be repaired)
Please return product utilizing a trackable service such as USPS Priority mail, UPS or FedEx.  A shipping address will be provided with your quote. You pay to ship it to us and we will ship it back to you for free!     

There are no warranties or guarantees.  The jewelry is costume and may fade, tarnish and turn color over time.
